COVID Protocol

Each patient will be screened and a temperature taken.

  1. If you are feeling sick or have been sick within the past 14 days of your appointment please call to reschedule.
  2. If you have traveled in the past 14 days prior to your appointment please call to reschedule.
  3. If you have been exposed to a COVID 19 positive patient we ask that you also reschedule your appointment.
  4. If you have a mask please bring it. If you do not have one we will provide you with one.

We also ask that you come alone to your appointment. Unless the patient is a minor then a parent/guardian may accompany the patient.

If you feel more comfortable waiting in your vehicle you may do so. Simply call us to “check in” and let us know you have arrived.
